He has over 44 years of experience in the business, during which he has trained and worked with the best cooks and most prestigious restaurants in Europe and the United States. Ever since he began his career as an apprentice chef in 1968 he has continued to move up in the hospitality world, stopping off in the kitchens of Europe’s best hotels; including the Villa Padierna Palace Hotel, Marbella, Hotel Olden, Gstaad, Switzerland and the Hotel Don Alfonso in Sant’Agata sui Due, Italy.

Manuel Navarro Mena

Born in Malaga in 1964.
After graduating, he studied Modern Culinary Management. He started off in the eighties, when, as an apprentice chef he began his long and extensive career. Thanks to his hard work and dedication in all the restaurants where he has worked, we now have someone with more than thirty years of experience in the sector and in Mediterranean cooking, as he has been the executive chef of leading restaurants in the Costa del Sol.
